Tele-Health Visit

$100 per visit (maximum 30 minutes). Schedule a sick appointment, well appointment, regular checkup, or follow up appointment via telephone or videoconference.

• Covid-19: We provide Covid-19 care and consultation to our patients via tele-health visits. Whether you have been vaccinated or not, Covid-19 can cause illness, and there are developed and developing treatments and protocols that can be followed to help you.

Comprehensive Health Visit

$150 per visit (maximum 30 minutes). Designed to start where you are, to determine your current condition and develop your personal health goals. Before your initial comprehensive health consultation, you will provide written information on your personal health background and goals. We will review and analyze this information before your face to face meeting or call and will refer to it to develop your individualized Healthcare Plan. We will follow up on your progress, coach you, answer questions, provide feedback, modify your Healthcare Plan and goals as needed, and provide suggestions, guidance, support and encouragement.

Metabolic Health and Weight Loss

$100 per visit (maximum 30 mins) - We will go over your current health situation and prepare a tailored plan for you to improve your metabolic health and achieve your weight loss goals. Your plan might include medication but will also focus on changes to diet and formulating an age and health appropriate exercise program to effectuate lasting real change. Follow up appointments over a multi-week period to review progress and make modifications are recommended.

Price based on particular aesthetic procedure. Physical health is of primary importance, but looking great is also vital to health and well being. Click here for all aesthetic services.

All other regular consultation services are billed at $200/hour.
